The Cove Ridge Center offers a variety of menu
options for your event. Let our experienced staff handle the details of
your next meeting, party or reunion. A minimum of 10 persons is required
for most meals. Unfortunately, we are not able to cater for groups larger
than 50. All meals are self-serve, and prepared for your confirmed number of
attendees. For pricing and other possible additional items, please
contact
a staff member to assist you.

Natural Tunnel Turkey
A tender turkey breast, served with your choice of two side items, dressing and
gravy, yeast rolls, your choice of dessert, ice water, coffee and iced tea.
Hayride Ham
A juicy, spiral cut honey glazed ham served with your choice of two side items,
yeast rolls, your choice of dessert, ice water, coffee and iced tea.
Stock Creek Spaghetti
Spaghetti and meatballs served with your choice of two side items, bread, your
choice of dessert, ice water, coffee and iced tea.
Blockhouse Barbeque
Pulled pork barbeque served with buns, baked beans, coleslaw,
your choice of dessert, ice water, coffee and iced tea.
Clinch River Chili
A hearty chili con carne served with corn muffins, your choice of dessert, ice
water, coffee and iced tea.
Lunch Fare
Philly Cheese Steak
Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches served peppers and onion, 1 side item, and a
choice of dessert, with coffee, tea, and ice water.
Traveler's Fare
A meal of soup, salad and baked potato, served with choice of dessert,
and coffee, tea, and ice water.
Chairlift Chicken Salad
Chicken salad sandwiches served on mini-croissants, with 1 side, and served with
choice of dessert, and coffee, tea, and ice water.

You can also arrange for
outside caterers to provide food service in the center provided the caterer
follows Virginia Department of Health Guidelines for catering. Upon
request, we will be glad to provide you with a list of caterers that are willing
to serve at the center. Responsibility for the cleanliness of the catering
kitchen after its use is the caterer’s, and ultimately, the sponsoring groups.
Center staff will be glad to work with your caterer in setting up the requested
area prior to the event.
