The Cultural Arts Council is dedicated to bringing a variety of arts into the region.  The Cultural Arts Council hosts Pickin’ In The Park during the summer months, highlighting local musicians.  In the winter, the Candlelight Series has hosted a variety of performing artists from storytellers to harpists and Spanish guitarists to a Dixieland Band.  During these performances, visual artists also show their work.  The 2010 Candlelight Series is currently underway.  A schedule can be viewed here.
